and framed with custom crafted frames by the artist.
Payment
Payment is processed securely thru Paypal. We will
never
have access to your account number. Nor will we
collect your
information to share with others.
Shipping
Shipping and insurance for your original painting
are paid
by the artist as a "Thank You" for doing
business with the
artist online. We will try to ship within seven
business
days when possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for
delivery.
Returns
T C prides himself in his work and wants the owner
of his
originals to be satisfied. However; original paintings
cannot be returned without prior notification
via e- mail
and a phone conversation with TC. Shipping must be
done in the original packing
materials. Shipping charges and insurance are
incurred by
the buyers. ALL ITEMS MUST BE INSURED PRIOR TO
RETURN and insurance settlements are to be
payable
to the artist.
COPYRIGHT
When purchasing an original you are not purchasing the
copyright to the image. Your image will not be
reproduced by the artist unless your are contacted
first.
TC believes that buyers deserve an "original
painting" and
wants his clients to take pride in it's ownership
and be
happy with their purchase.
